Cylinder Boring

We bore cylinders for Yamaha, Suzuki, and Kawasaki products. We can also provide the necessary parts to complete your rebuild. The labor cost is $40.00 per cylinder for most models, and boring for "Big Bore" pistons may be extra.

Crankshft Rebuilding

We can rebuild pressed up type crankshafts for Yamaha, Suzuki, and Kawasaki models with 1 or 2 cylinder engines. The labor cost for most models is $35.00 per rod. Labor for certain large bore 4 strokes is $40. The Banshee cranks are $40 per side also.

Component Testing or Rebuilding

We can test most electrical components for Yamaha, Suzuki, and Kawasaki motorcycles, ATVs, and utilities (excluding CDI boxes). Stators, starters, solenoids, charge coils, pulse coils, ignition coils, and switches can be accurately tested. If you want to pay the shipping back and forth, we will test it for you. The maximum we will charge to test each component is $5.00. That's better than throwing hundreds of dollars worth or parts and your bike and still not solve the problem.
